I am an Assistant Professor of International Business in the Department of Business, Organizations & Society at Franklin & Marshall College. My current research is on the impact of CEO diversity on strategic decision-making and firm performance, with an emphasis on the roles of sociopolitical contexts in influencing these dynamics.
